Having warmed up with our Pilates we will try some yoga using a variation to the instructions attached. You may wish to print the poses page to help. Yoga JENGA.pdf YogaPoses.pdf. Instead of using jenga bricks to select the poses we will throw the dice.
You if don't have a yoga mat, try usng a camp roll mat instead. It may not be as gripping but is a good alternative to the carpet and a little softer than a hard floor!
