District Hike Club

This year's remembrance hike will be starting in Folkestone and heading back to Dover, whilst passing the Martello Towers, Battle of Britain Memorial,  Abbots Cliff Sound Mirror and Drop Redoubt along the way.  All sights of significance on a remembrance trail.       

Distance is approx 9 miles and should take around 5-6 hours allowing for refreshment breaks and reflection at significant points.     

Meet at the Memorial Arch on Folkestone Leas Cliff.    

Dress appropriately for a hike and the weather.  Bring a packed lunch and drinks.  Finish tome is approximate.
